Interdisciplinary Smile Design Course in Jakarta: A Journey of Learning and Sharing

Earlier this summer, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Jakarta, Indonesia, to lead a course on Interdisciplinary Smile Design: Combining Perioplastic Surgery & Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry.

Together with passionate colleagues, we explored the thought process behind creating smiles that are not only beautiful, but also functional and long-lasting. We dove deep into how perioplastic surgery can seamlessly integrate with restorative techniques, raising the standard of what aesthetic dentistry can achieve.

What made the experience so special was not just the science and the techniques, but the people. The enthusiasm, curiosity, and dedication of everyone in the room inspired me deeply.
