Our patient arrived at our Dubai clinic after years of struggling with advanced periodontal disease, a condition that had severely affected the bone and gums supporting his teeth. As a result, most of his upper and lower teeth were no longer functional, making it difficult for him to eat, speak, or smile comfortably.
After a comprehensive assessment, we designed a full-mouth dental implant rehabilitation plan using an All-on-6 implant solution for both arches — six implants on the upper jaw and six on the lower — providing exceptional stability and long-term reliability. This approach allowed us to create fixed implant dentures that look and feel completely natural while restoring chewing function and facial harmony.
